After 4 months it stopped working inspite of giving charge for 4/5 hours. Then I contacted their customer support and then received a call from Ms. Payel Ghosh, who handled my complaint thoughtfully and professionally. After a few calls including some video calls she was convinced with my complaint and made arrangements to get a replacement sent to me. I appreciate her support and her efforts to get the replacement sent. The product is good and very useful to make smoothies.
